Martin Mlejnek
My name is Martin Mlejnek and I come from Lužany near Jičín. My studies took me through Kutná Hora to Prague, where I have lived for almost 20 years. In both my work and personal life, I connect an interest in people, technology, creativity and meaningful change.
For more than 20 years, I gained experience in software and hardware development at an international company specialising in communication systems and communicators. Today, I own an IT company focused on ERP implementations and information and cybersecurity services. I combine technical expertise with managing projects, people and organisational change.
I have been a certified RUŠ Method therapist since 2021, although I began learning the method several years earlier. I completed the R1–R3 courses and a specialist course gradually, allowing time to process and experience every change. Working with clients then took everything to another level. My own path was not easy either: a series of decisions eventually brought me to the point where I knew things could not continue as they were. Such a milestone can become the beginning of a new decision: I want things to be different. It is time for change.
Beyond work
Technology is also one of my passions. I enjoy driving and spending free time on my Ducati Streetfighter V4 S. Nature, working around the house, sport and time with dogs provide a welcome balance to the world of technology.
