Therapy

The process consists of three essential steps:

Step 1: bringing negative patterns out of the client’s subconscious.

Step 2: resolving the negative patterns that have been identified.

Step 3: confirming that the negative pattern or problem has been resolved permanently.

With the therapist’s guidance, the client identifies and releases negative programmes—beliefs, patterns and blocks—that cause unpleasant feelings, stress, worries, pain or other difficulties and prevent a happier life.

How therapy works

Through focused questions, the therapist guides the client towards the original causes of current problems and difficulties, which are then resolved—cleared, released or removed. Throughout the session, you know where you are and what is happening. Your eyes will be closed so that you can notice your emotions and physical sensations more clearly and recall past events.

How long a session takes

A therapy session usually lasts two to four hours. Concentration decreases after a longer period, although exceptional sessions can continue if both the client and therapist feel comfortable doing so.

Depending on the nature and number of issues, several sessions may be helpful. You should, however, notice clear results after the first session and experience relief in the area you worked on.
